please follow these rules:

not for prints unless you have i give you written permission
not for use outside of da unless i give you permission to do so (may require credit and/or a link to my da or website)
commercial use is forbid with out written permission (depending on use and press run i may require payment)
i may consider pro-bono if it is for a cause i consider good or interesting, so ask before you get your heart set on something

exception:
if you use my photos for a traditional media (non-computer) such as drawing/painting you can do with it as you wish, just note me credit me for the reference and link back to my da if posted on the web.
